New Function for Coordinators

Our volunteer programmer, Robert, has continued to work very hard for us! He has made many valuable changes to the software which has improved the website AND made our task as administrators / coordinators much easier.

The newest of these is on the Edit screen where the approvals are completed. You will find that the Status drop-down box has a new item - Pending Removal. This allows you to move a record to the trash without having to locate it in the list of Unapproved Entries.

Caution - this function only controls the current record! The Group Update function will not remove the complete group.

Thanks again, Robert, for a wonderful tool!

Hello, Alan, I wanted to say "thank you" for the photo you took in St. George's Hawthorne cemetary[sic] of George and Eliza Walsh's headstone. They are my great-great grandparents, and I've saved your picture to the tree I'm working on.

This note was received by Eric in British Columbia, 12 February 2011
Thank you so very much for taking the time to take the photos and
the information from the grave markers. It has been a huge help as
I doubt I will ever get to the gravesites in person.

Bless you! ~ L**
